Front runner is this:

Which should help my dream of having a G-body that handles. In addition to this, ill get new delrin body mounts and steering components. (idler arm, pitman arm, tie rods, and center link)

Option 2 is that I could start amassing the parts needed for an LS swap, the car runs and drive now, but the engine is starting to get tired and i really want fuel injection. (edit: the LS swap is all about power and throttle response, I don’t think that the current engine is going to fail any time soon)

Option 3 is a set of these:

Year One N90 17x8's

Wrapped in Bridgestone Potenza RE71r’s of course.

Option 4 would be a Livernois Performance Tuner for the SHO

What do you think I should spend it on? (besides hookers and blow)

Engine, it’s the critical component that allows that car to keep driving every time you turn the key. The money you save on fuel with better fuel economy can help go toward suspension or wheels’n’tires.

The Monte is now a “drive it when i want to” car, it has pretty much sat since August. I’m not too worried about the engine failing, just doesn’t make the power a warmed up 6.0l will.

It’s currently got, what, a 350? I’d go for the suspension, and appropriately sized steel wheels with good tires. It’s been said that you can’t really address poor suspension with poor tires, so IDK. But I wouldn’t worry about an LS swap until you want to make more than 500hp or so, or start DDing the car.

its not that the current engine is tired, its that the other one youre driving now is modern, and feels more responsive.

go with the engine. itll reignite that spark for actually wanting to drive.

youll need to buy tires after the swap anyway

I’d buy a new Ruger Mini 14 for around $800 and 500-1000 rounds of .223 and pay off debt with the other $2800. Or pay for some needed repair. I’d be hard pressed to justify performance mods.

Option one.

I built my jeep’s suspension 3-4 times befor I got my head out of my ass and bought a complete long arm lift.

Sure the other things worked for a time, but I would have saved some cash if I would have done it once. Or who am I kidding I would have spent the cash I saved as well.

I also say suspension because once that's done, the other stuff is icing on you cake.

I can understand browsing rings together, but I don’t think the lady should pick her ring out. It’s like buying yourself Christmas presents. ( I always get what I want though)

To each their own, but I have really picky taste in jewelry. He insisted on getting me a ring so I wanted to make sure he at least had an idea of what I liked because I would’ve felt awful if he went out and got me something that I don’t like. Especially since I can’t even wear it every day anyway due to my job. I don’t know *exactly* what it’s going to be though.

Yeah it’s a preference thing, I’m glad my wife loved her ring. I would be a bit frustrated if she returned it. But she is not picky about jewelry as she doesn’t wear much anyway.

I personalized it by having them swap out the 4 side stones & putting in ones which is our shared birth month stone.

The suspension kit and good tires should but the car around the level of a C5 Z06 in terms of handling. The car weighs 3400 lbs, with a 52/48 weight balance and makes at least 350 hp. Why have one car that handles, and another that goes fast, when I could have one car that does both.
